Biography
For more than 25 years, Steve Green has guided companies and individuals through a wide range of legal transactions, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor who helps clients find clear paths forward in complex situations. He thrives on solving problems for his clients, whether in their businesses or personal lives, and prides himself on being a good listener, accessible, and solution-focused.
Steve is a respected authority on mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, contracts, leases, and regulatory law. He also handles probate matters, trusts, and estate planning, and has long served gay and lesbian clients and families to help protect their rights and interests. In addition, Steve has developed a niche expertise in Art Law, drawing on more than 25 years of experience as co-owner of the Craighead-Green Gallery in Dallas.
His representative matters include working with HTeaO franchisees, SpectraCorp Technologies Group, Inc., Dean Technology, Inc., Ameristar Screen and Glass Inc., and Worth Ross Management Company. Recently, he guided Uptown Physicians Group into a partnership with Prism Health of North Texas, a transaction that was completed in just three and a half months and significantly expanded patient services.

Beyond his legal work, Steve is an avid art collector, former gallerist, and passionate supporter of the arts. He is also a proud Scottish Terrier owner who enjoys pickleball, tequila, and a good pinot noir.
