Dallas law firm headed to Frisco to join the Cowboys at The Star

A Dallas law firm is headed to Frisco and the Dallas Cowboys’ new Star development.

McCathern PLLC has signed a 10-year lease in the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters office building on Warren Parkway west of Dallas North Tollway. McCathern will occupy 5,673 square feet in the building.

“Our law firm has a long-standing relationship representing the Dallas Cowboys, so it’s exciting for us to be able to office at The Star,” Arnold Shokouhi, managing partner with McCathern, said in a statement.

CBRE’s Scott Hobbs and Michelle Donaldson negotiated the office lease with Jake Young with Lincoln Property Co.
