Arnold Shokouhi, a Super Lawyers 2013 Rising Star and head of McCathern, PLLC’s Banking and Mortgage section, was elected to managing partner on January 1, 2013.
Mr. Shokouhi currently heads McCathern’s Banking and Mortgage section and practices extensively in the area of commercial, director and officer liability, and employment litigation.
“My goal as Managing Partner is to assist in the continued growth of McCathern, help identify new markets and practice sections for expansion, and assist in creating the infrastructure to support our expansion goals.”
McCathern has experienced unparalleled growth over the last eight years, with a consistent growth rate of 17% per year.
Mr. Shokouhi joined McCathern in 2009 as a lateral associate, became McCathern’s youngest partner in its history at the time, and has now earned a position as one of the owners of the firm. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the State of California.
