McCathern Managing Partner Arnold Shokouhi is featured in the April issue of D CEO magazine as the subject of its recurring “Roots” feature. D CEO is the business publication of D Magazine, and its Roots articles focus on the immigration of business leaders to the North Texas region and their individual stories.
The latest version of Roots tells the incredible and inspiring story of how Arnold’s family left Iran following that nation’s revolution and their prolonged journey through Turkey to Europe and eventually to the United States, where they settled in Austin. After growing up in Austin, Arnold would attend SMU and later return to Dallas to start his legal career, eventually becoming the Managing Partner of our firm. Arnold’s story is representative of both the American dream and the vast opportunity for business leaders in Texas, and we are thrilled to see it recognized.
