McCathern is excited to announce that newly barred attorney Haseeb Dada has joined its Houston, Texas office. Since graduating from the University of Houston Law Center with his J.D. in 2022, Haseeb has continued developing his experience across several practice areas, including Business & Commercial Litigation, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Civil Litigation.
Haseeb grew up in Houston and graduated from the University of Houston in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and then continued to the university’s law school. While in law school, Dada was a member of the University’s Student Bar Association, competed in mock trials, and was a founding member of the Muslim Legal Society. During this time, Dada also worked as a law clerk for the Harris County Civil Courthouse and three law firms. Haseeb gained valuable litigation experience during these opportunities in commercial litigation, corporate services, personal injury, and immigration law.
In his final year of law school Dada clerked for McCathern as a law clerk, and he continued his work with the firm after graduation until passing the Texas State Bar and beginning his career as an associate attorney with the firm.
“Being at McCathern has allowed me to hit the ground running in my legal career”, Haseeb said. “There’s never a dull moment, and I have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases at different phases.”
