Raegan Fiasco is a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she earned her J.D. with honors in 2024. Her commitment to academic excellence was reflected in her placement in the top 15% in law school, membership in the Order of the Barristers, and consistent appearances on the Dean’s List. During her time in law school, Raegan was actively involved in the Board of Advocates and competed for two years in the National Moot Court Competition. Throughout her time competing in National Moot Court, Raegan gained valuable brief writing and oral argument experience. Her brief won the award for Best Brief at the national competition in New York City. Additionally, Raegan argued in front of Tenth Circuit judges who awarded her Best Oral Advocate.
Having recently passed the July 2024 bar exam, Raegan is licensed to practice law in Texas. Her legal experience includes a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Judge Timothy DeGiusti in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. She also gained experience at Foliart Huff Ottaway and Bottom, focusing on medical malpractice and insurance defense, FBFK, focusing on commercial litigation, and completed a summer clerkship at McCathern, Shokouhi, Evans.
Raegan graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2021, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management. She also participated in the Pre-Law Society, the University of Oklahoma Dance Marathon, and served in leadership roles within journalism and marketing organizations.
Raegan’s commitment to her clients is fueled by her passion for helping people navigate the most challenging times in their lives. With a logical mindset, strong communication skills, and a tenacious spirit, she is dedicated to improving the lives of those she serves while continually expanding her knowledge of litigation.
Outside of her legal career, Raegan enjoys running half marathons, hiking in Colorado with her family, and exploring new restaurants. With her diverse skill set and unwavering dedication, Raegan Fiasco is poised to make a significant impact in the legal field.
