Biography
Breanna Beckham is an attorney at McCathern, Shokouhi, Evans in Dallas, Texas, where her practice focuses primarily on Sports & Entertainment Law, with additional interests in Commercial and Business law and Restaurant and Hospitality matters.
Breanna graduated with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin in 2023 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy of Law. She earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in May 2026, where she was involved in the Women’s Law Society, STCL Texas Exes, and Business Law Society.
During law school, Breanna gained experience through internships with Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court in Dallas, Vela Wood in Dallas, and Oaks, Hartline & Daly LLP in Houston. While working with Judge Hoffman, she researched and prepared a memorandum addressing a motion for summary judgment in a complex civil matter and gained valuable exposure to the litigation process from the court’s perspective. She also volunteered for and served on the committee for the 2024 Women’s Advocacy Awards and the 2024 Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Trial Skills Boot Camp.
Breanna is committed to understanding her clients’ goals, building meaningful relationships, and working collaboratively to develop practical solutions. She enjoys the dynamic nature of the legal profession and the opportunity to continue learning throughout her career.
Breanna sat for the Texas Bar Examination in July 2026 and is currently awaiting results. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, playing mahjong, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
