McCathern is pleased to announce that partner and Head of the Restaurant and Hospitality Section, Ty Sheaks, is set to speak at the 2018 CLM & Business Insurance Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality Conference beginning on February 7, 2018. This conference features knowledge leaders in the retail, restaurant and hospitality claims resolution profession as well as in-house and outside counsel.
Mr. Sheaks will be joining speakers Lance Ewing and Cameron Shirley as they discuss emerging risks in the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries in a presentation on Feb. 8 titled, “Buckle Up, Emerging Risks Ahead.” Some of the risks to be discussed include blockchain, robotics, AI, drones, compliance, NLRB rulings, environmental regulations, and workplace violence. This session will explore how looking into future risks today will help attendees prepare for tomorrow.
