Ty is listed as one of the “Best Lawyers in Dallas” in D Magazine’s May 2019 issue, an accomplishment he also achieved in 2018. Stephanie was listed in D Magazine’s January 2019 issue as one of the “Best Lawyers in Dallas under 40”, an accomplishment she too achieved in 2018.

Stephanie M. Almeter joined McCathern as an Associate in 2011 and was promoted to Partner in 2017. Her current practice focuses on general civil, business, and employment litigation. Stephanie has had the opportunity to represent clients in both trial court and arbitration, and authored a post-hearing brief that was instrumental in obtaining a total defense verdict where the demand at arbitration was over $5 million in economic damages. Stephanie also has extensive experience in obtaining and/or defending clients in temporary restraining order and temporary injunction proceedings involving non-compete and non-disclosure agreements. Stephanie enjoys advocating on behalf of her clients, and has a proven track record of obtaining positive results on behalf of her clients.
