CMS Health Integrity Audits
In 2009, CMS launched its program to audit state Medicaid claims. Our attorneys were at the forefront of these audits and have successfully helped shape the scope and minimize the impact and burden of the audits on our clients. CMS continues to expand its audits across various industries throughout the United States. McCathern provides strategic counsel to respond to these audits and prosecute any appeals of any repayment demands.
