The panel discussion, scheduled to begin at 11:25am central time, is entitled “Claims Settlement – Getting the Claim Set for Settlement”. Ty will be joined by five other experts to discuss the nuances of the claims-settlement process with an eye geared toward effective settlement strategies, from preparation before a claim is made through to settlement or litigation.

“Effective claims management strategy is constantly evolving to address the variety and ever-increasing volume of claims,” Ty said. “Hopefully this session will prompt interactive discussion for attendees to take back to ensure their internal claims process achieve the desired results.”
