Christine C. Zaouk

Of Counsel

Christine C. Zaouk joined the McCathern Los Angeles office as an Of Counsel attorney in March 2016.  After years of representing insurance companies in structural and property damage cases, Christine is now on the “other side of the fence” representing insureds who have been wronged by their insurance carriers.

Christine’s practice also focuses on representing employees in employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases, as well as Wage and Hour class actions.  She also handles consumer class actions on large scale issues.  Christine’s prior experience on the defense side gives her an advantage in prosecuting such cases.  Her innate working knowledge of civil procedure, coupled with the aggressive nature of her litigation style, correlates to successful results for her clients.

Christine has found a passion in representing those that cannot otherwise protect themselves from their employer or from companies that take advantage of the everyday consumer.

Christine has an extensive background in litigation and is tenacious in court due to several years handling a wide range of cases on the defense side.  Her persuasive legal writing translates to stellar results when arguing in court as well as the respect of her peers.

Christine graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 2007. While in law school, Christine was ranked in the top 10% and was a member of the Southwestern University Law Review.

Before attending law school, Christine graduated cum laude and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Political Science from the University of California at Riverside in 2004.
