McCathern is proud to announce that attorneys Jesse L. Cromwell of the law firm’s Dallas office and Marianne G. Robak of the Houston office have been named partners.
The Dallas and Frisco offices gathered on the afternoon of Thursday, September 30th for the announcement of Jesse Cromwell making partner. Mr. Cromwell joined McCathern as an associate attorney in 2017 and in the years since has proven himself repeatedly across several practice areas and both in defense of clients and in representing plaintiffs. Mr. Cromwell is particularly experienced in Business & Commercial Litigation, Insurance Litigation, and Construction Litigation matters.
In recognition of his hard work, Mr. Cromwell was selected by his peer attorneys to the 2021 and 2022 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch lists (Commercial Litigation: Construction Litigation) and the 2021 edition of D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40 (Business/Commercial Litigation).
Earlier in September, the Houston office of McCathern elevated attorney Marianne Robak to Partner. Ms. Robak joined McCathern in 2019 after gaining substantial experience at other Houston-area law firms. In just two years with McCathern, Ms. Robak proved herself to be an exceptional counsel to her clients.
She is an experienced litigator who specializes in complex business disputes, partnership disputes, Banking Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, mineral rights matters, breaches of fiduciary duties, trust law, and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) claims. In addition, Ms. Robak acts as “outside general counsel” for small and medium-size businesses in Texas, helping them with business transactions, contracts, and employment issues.
