Three McCathern attorneys from the Dallas and Frisco, Texas offices were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2021 and the new 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.
Levi McCathern, founding partner of the firm, was named to the Best Lawyers list for Litigation – Labor and Employment. Among numerous other honors, Levi was also recently named to the 2020 list of Texas Super Lawyers, his 15th year to achieve that award.
Erin Clegg was selected to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Family Law while Jesse Cromwell was selected for Commercial Litigation | Litigation-Construction.
Erin joined McCathern as an associate in 2017 and rapidly established herself as an important part of the firm’s renowned Family Law practice based out of the Frisco office. She is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and experienced in all facets of family litigation.
Jesse Cromwell also joined McCathern in 2017 at the firm’s Dallas office and has extensive experience assisting clients of the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation, Insurance Litigation, Employment Law, and Construction Law practices.
Best Lawyers is an annual peer review recognition “designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical area and legal practice area.” The new Ones to Watch award is also based on peer review, but its awards “recognize extraordinary lawyers who have been in private practice for less than 10 years in the United States.”
