McCathern is extremely excited to announce that esteemed attorney Megan Rachel has joined the firm’s rapidly expanding Family Law Practice at our office in Frisco, Texas. Megan brings over 30 years of experience practicing family law in the North Texas region and is widely known for her track record of providing clients with excellent representation across a wide spectrum of divorce and other family law matters.
Megan is deeply tied to the city of Frisco and all of its surrounding communities, making her a perfect fit to join our McCathern office at The Star. “I am so excited to join McCathern and the McCathern Family Law practice and I look forward to continuing to provide compassionate and committed service to my clients,” Megan said.
McCathern Family Law Partner Laura Roach has worked with Megan previously and is ecstatic to call her a partner once again. “I have known Megan for 20 years and had cases against her off and on the entire time. I could not be more excited to add her to our awesome family law team,” Laura said. “Megan has the experience in and out of the courtroom, the wisdom and the personality to be a perfect member of our team and give our clients an additional advocate in their corner to help them go through what is usually the most stressful time of their lives.”

In addition to joining fellow partners Laura Roach and Scott Becker, Megan will be working with associate attorneys Erin Clegg, Michael Ricchi, and Kylie Peebles on the McCathern Family Law team.
