Texas Rising Stars honorees are selected based on nominations by other Texas attorneys. To be eligible, lawyers must be 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Less than 2.5 percent of Texas attorneys are chosen for this honor. The Texas Rising Stars list is published in the April 2015 issues of Texas Monthly and Texas Rising Stars magazines.
