McCathern is excited to announce that Frisco Managing Partner Paul Grinke has been selected by The National Trial Lawyers to their Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Texas list for Civil Plaintiff attorneys. Paul has over two decades of courtroom experience at the national level, litigating and trying catastrophic events and complex commercial claims as well as high-profile civil rights cases. In addition, Paul has frequently lectured and taught on litigation and trial techniques. Through his vast experience and leadership, this recognition from The National Trial Lawyers is certainly well-earned.

Selection to The National Trial Lawyers is based on a “thorough multi-phase objective and uniformly applied process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research. Membership is extended only to a select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state or region who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and public profile.”
The NTL’s mission is to “promote excellence and foster diversity in the legal profession through advocacy training, networking and education of trial lawyers.” The organization hosts an annual Trial Lawyers Summit featuring continuing legal education, informational sessions, and networking opportunities. In addition, it publishes a quarterly magazine, The Trial Lawyer, featuring ideas and viewpoints from many of the leading trial attorneys across the country.
