I wanted to send a quick note to commend the candor and professionalism of Mr. [Aaron] Dekle. Initially he set expectations, presented options, and then went into action. He did exactly what he said he would do and it was a refreshing experience. I would in fact be sending the same note even if the outcome had not be favorable for me.
